It is great that you would like to join the ImproMoves training course that will take place in Habri, Czech Republic at 29 August - 6 September 2023 (travel incl). Within a deadline of 1 month after the end of the training course, each participant, individually or in a team, applies their leaning through a follow up action (a workshop online or offline).

We wish to make a wonderful & impactful project. That is why we want make sure that the group of participants that join this project is in line with each other and our working methods. For this reason, we put the following & last section to this application.

I hereby declare that I have read and I agree with the following responsibilities of my participation in this project:

I understand that I am responsible for my behavior, physical and emotional health, well-being and learning process.

Czech Republic is a great place to travel and have holidays. In case I would like to explore the country, I will do it outside of the program days.

I understand that I am applying for a learning experience. During the training course, there is going to be intense (and fun) 8-10 hours daily schedule.

I commit myself to participate in all the phases of the ImproMoves project - preparation, training course and follow up activity that I will create in my own country.

I understand that I will be eligible for reimbursment only if I complete all my responsibilities as a participant (giving the tickets as requested from the organisation, fill in the evaluation forms that will be sent to you, implement and report back a follow-up activity)

I understand that the activities of this training course will be filmed and photographed for dissemination and visibility purposes as this is a project funded by the European Union. I agree to my likeness and contribution being used for promotional and educational purposes and to help the project achieve its objectives.
