Ms. Lam is the Principal Traffic Engineer of MVA HK LTD and has over 10 years of experience in the traffic consultancy industry.  She is knowledgeable and familiar with transport planning and traffic engineering.  She has experience particularly in carrying out traffic and pedestrian impact assessments, traffic demand forecast studies, traffic engineering design, traffic management scheme design and implementation. Ms. Lam has involved in some comprehensive projects in Tung Chung East Extension Area and Hong Kong Boundary Crossing Facilities Island of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Hong Kong Port.

Mr. Mak worked with MVA HK LTD as the Principal Traffic Engineer and has 10 years of experience in a wide variety of traffic and transport related projects through his experience gained in Hong Kong. He is experienced a lot in the design of temporary traffic management scheme and carrying out traffic impact assessment. The experience of Mr. Mak for the design of temporary traffic management scheme involved in a large-scale projects such as Kwu Tung (N) Development Site formation, MTR Station Construction and the Hong Kong ePrix. Mr. Mak also has experience in application of Excavation Permit in Highway Department’s Excavation Permit Management System.
