If you sign up for early registration at one of these hotels: After the early registration deadline, the organizer will send you an email with a registration form for that hotel. You need to fill in the form (which will require your credit card information) and email the completed form to the indicated hotel email address within one week, in order to guarantee the negotiated rate. (As is standard practice, the hotel will charge your credit card for one night if you do not show up.)

For participants that register until June 1st, registration fees are given below. Please, note that in case you do not have sufficient funds, your registration fee can be waived. The registration fee covers conference material, the welcoming reception, coffee/tea breaks, the conference dinner and the Wednesday afternoon excursion. The registration fee of 55 EUR/110BAM (local currency) for accompanying persons can be paid in cash at the registration desk and it covers the welcoming reception, the conference dinner and the Wednesday afternoon excursion. Please, add the name of the accompanying person under the Additional comments section of this form.
