On The Ground Marketing Manager
Elevate Meal Plan allows students to use their meal plan at local restaurants instead of the dining hall. In addition to delicious food, students can order in advance for pickup, rollover any unused meals, and get discounts on the food they love.

We're looking for a student to own the on-the-ground marketing at their school as we scale from UVA (our first school) to Michigan, Rutgers, FSU, UNC, VCU, UGA, COC and beyond.


What you'll do:
-Grow a local marketing organization and spread the word about Elevate to your school through physical marketing (flyers, events, etc)
-Work with the founders and Head of Growth to define and manage goals throughout the semester
-Collaborate with your school's local marketing team, made up of an on-the-ground marketing manager, digital marketing manager, organization marketing manager, and restaurant marketing manager
-Provide school-specific expertise and insights
-Build processes we can scale across all our locations

More specifically...
- Brainstorming physical marketing tactics
- Planning weekly Tabling/flyering 3x a week
- Overseeing scheduling of those who will be flyering and tabling
- Keeping track of all physical marketing materials (table, spinning wheel, table cloth, snacks, tablet)
- Ensure we have an ample supply of snacks to give out at the table, as well as ample flyers
- Picking up flyers and other marketing materials from print shop as they are created
- Training ambassadors how to flyer/ run the table
- Plan physical marketing events
