Join the Permaculture Celebration Night & Twilight Market!

The Permaculture Celebration & Twilight Market marks the opening of the Permaculture Convergence, offering an opportunity for the permaculture community to come together for a festive celebration of permaculture and climate resilience.
It is an opportunity to expose your organisation, business, products or services to a targeted market of change-makers and individuals who are passionate about sustainable living.
- Based on ticket sales to the Australian Permaculture Covergence, we expect approx. 800 visitors
- Attractions include talks/workshops, food stalls, live music, children’s activities and more
Permaculture SA will select a limited number of stalls to trade/display at the event. If you are interested in being involved, please fill in this Google form as soon as possible.
Please note:
- All stall holders are required to pre-purchase an event ticket.
- To participate, all items on sale must align with the principles of permaculture: earth care, people care, and fair share.
- Submission of an application does not guarantee a stall space.
-To ensure diversity of the markets we do not always approve stalls that are similar to one another. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
- APC Sponsors are guaranteed a stall space but must still complete this form and meet requirements
- Stallholders can be offered a table and two chairs but must provide their own Marquee if desired, and their own lighting for night trading. Power will be provided to your area.
- Stallholders must hold $10 Million Public Liability Insurance (and Product Liability Insurance if selling consumables). If stallholders do not have their own insurance,
they may come under our policy for a fee.

Vehicle access
Bump-in and set up is between 1:00pm - 4:00pm. All vehicles must be off site by 3:00pm. Trading starts at 4pm. You will be sent a separate email with bump-in times with confirmation on stall.
Bump-out from 8:00pm. No vehicles on site until given the green light by the WHS Officer.

in a peaceful, semi-rural environment on the outskirts of the Mount
Barker township in the Adelaide Hills, just over half an hour's drive
from the city
