Order of stage photos

Additional Information – Please Read Before Ordering

Number of Photos:
The number of photos depends on how many categories you compete in and how successful your performance is. The absolute minimum is 4 photos. If you place well or win, you may receive up to 40 photos.
Delivery Time:
Photos will be delivered within 5 days after the final competition day. In case of any technical issues or delays, you will be notified. If you haven’t received your photos within 14 days, and you provided the correct contact information, you are eligible to request a full refund.

Photography Service Pricing

The base price for the photography service is 45 € per competition day, and it includes one category.
If you are competing in additional categories on the same day, each extra category costs 10 €.
If you are participating on both days (e.g., beginner and advanced competitions), the base price applies separately to each day.
Examples:
Competing in one category on both days: 45 € + 45 € = 90 €
Competing in two categories on both days: (45 € + 10 €) + (45 € + 10 €) = 110 €

Important:

If you only order photos for one category but end up participating in multiple, please clearly specify which category you want photographed. Otherwise, photos might be taken from a category you didn’t intend to prioritize.
