Art has been a huge part of society ever since humans learned to use their hands and fingers. From ancient cave-paintings to Egyptian hieroglyphics to Greek statues to Renaissance paintings to contemporary creations, art has been around for millennials. We believe in the importance of highlighting communities that used this wonderful language of art to speak out. That is why we created the “Chronicles in Color,” a post series dedicated to shining light onto communities that used art as an advantage to share their thoughts and lead movements.
