We are excited to include our youngest dancers in this year's Nutcracker production, December 19 (theater rehearsal & 20 (2 performances) at St. Michaels Catholic Academy.

There are fewer rehearsals for this group of dancers so each rehearsal is important so that your dancer will know the choreography and be ready to perform at their best. Below are the current rehearsals on our schedule. Rehearsals may be added during the week, the week before the show during “Rehearsal Week” (Dec 14-18).

Cost is $200 which includes the costume usage and all rehearsals. Dancers will be required to provide their own pink ballet shoes, “ballet pink” Capezio transitional tights, flesh leotard an flesh colored mask if you require your dancer to wear one. Show Run through will be December 12. This is a long day as it is a full show run through along with other rehearsals (as needed). Angels may be called for multiple sections that day. In theater rehearsals will likely be the morning of Saturday, December 19. With the constantly evolving situation we won’t know until we know for sure where we will perform. We will keep you posted!

Angels will need to sell a minimum of 5 tickets to the show.

I understand that dance is a physical activity and while unlikely, carries the risk of injury. I herby release ONE Academy staff and teachers from all liability and understand that my dancer must follow the guidelines outlined in the Covid-19 Safety Contract as well as direction from their teachers to assist in their safety, enjoyment of the experience and success. *
I understand that my dancer is required to wear a mask in the studio at all times. Their mouth and nose must be covered except when taking a drink of water. Dancer’s must bring their own sealed water bottles. I also agree to notify Meredith (meredith@oneartsaustin.com, 512-279-9069) immediately if anyone in my family is exposed to Covid-19 so that precautions can be taken to protect the other students and staff at ONE Academy. *
I understand that the $200 fee for participation is due at the first rehearsal (to be paid online via my ONE Academy online account) and is non-refundable. *
