In-School Speaker Visit Request Form
Teachers, please use this form to request an IN-SCHOOL presentation by a featured Alaska World Affairs Council speaker. You will be asked in the form below to indicate the speakers you are interested in hosting. You may indicate interest in multiple speakers. Please note, to ensure access to this opportunity is made available across the district, you may not be able to host multiple speakers within the same school year.

Once your request has been received, our office will contact you regarding the status of your request. If granted, you will be notified which speaker you are confirmed to host and will be required to work with Rachel Williams, Program Director of the Alaska World Affairs Council, to confirm location, date, and time.
***Requests should be submitted at least 10 days prior for visiting speakers. Anchorage-based speakers can be scheduled throughout the year.***
