Enrollment and Payment Information:

To enroll in Second Chance Scholars Academy, there is a nonrefundable application processing fee of $20. This fee secures your place in the program and grants you a 50% discount if you register before September 30th.
Payment for the program can be made through two options:
- Payment in full for the entire academic year, with an additional 5% discount.

All fees, whether for the full academic year or as part of the monthly payment plan, must be paid in full by October 1st, 2023, to secure your enrollment and begin the program on the specified start date of October 10th.
If you choose to start the program later than October 10th, all program fees must be paid in full two weeks before your chosen start date.
Please note that there are no refunds once the program has started. The successful completion of the program will lead to the awarding of a certified diploma. Your success in the program is determined by your individual effort, participation, and successful application of the educational materials provided.

Consent and Communication:

By enrolling in Second Chance Scholars Academy, you consent to receive communication from us, including but not limited to visual, audio, and written communication.
Communication methods may include emails, phone calls, video conferences, and other forms of electronic and written communication.
Second Chance Scholars Academy and THE LITTLE GREEN HOUSE Educational Services may create, record, and use visual, audio, and audiovisual materials during our communication. These materials may include photographs, videos, audio recordings, and written content.
We seek your permission to use these visual and audio materials for marketing and promotional purposes related to Second Chance Scholars Academy and THE LITTLE GREEN HOUSE Educational Services. This may include, but is not limited to, the use of your likeness in brochures, websites, social media, and other marketing materials.
We respect your privacy and will treat any personal information shared during communication with the utmost confidentiality. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties unless required by law.
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. However, withdrawing your consent also means that your participation in the program will be terminated, and you will no longer be eligible to continue in the program.

Program Quality Assurance:

Second Chance Scholars Academy operates under the guidance of New Jersey educational standards. Our program is facilitated by certified New Jersey educators who meet the qualifications and standards required by the state.

Principal's Discretion for Project Creation:

In the event that a student has attended all classes and completed all assignments but failed the first fast track, the principal may, at their discretion, allow the student to create a project to fulfill specific needs and address areas of weakness within the program.

Book Purchase Requirement:

As part of the program, students are required to purchase specific books that are integral to the curriculum. The cost of these books is included in the overall program fees, and the final cost of the program covers both educational program fees and the cost of the required books.

Additional Enrollment Opportunities:

Students are permitted to enroll in multiple fast track programs if they do not pass their first attempt or have specific educational needs that require additional support. Enrollment in additional fast track programs will be assessed on an individual basis.

Certification by Certified New Jersey Principal and Educators:

Second Chance Scholars Academy is operated by a New Jersey certified principal and educators who meet the educational standards and qualifications required by the state.

Withdrawal of Consent and Termination of Services:

If you choose to withdraw your consent, it will also result in the termination of your services with Second Chance Scholars Academy. Upon withdrawal of consent, you will no longer be eligible to participate in the program, and your enrollment will be terminated.
