PARTICIPATION FEE$25 per farm per fair. Participation fee is subsidized by a USDA grant through Glynwood for the Hudson Valley CSA Coalition in 2018. A complete application includes booth payment. Please make sure to submit the form and then use the link to Glynwood's online shop provided for payment. If there is no more space for a requested location, the fee will be refunded.
WINTER FARM STANDWe host a Winter Farm Stand at each fair staffed by event organizers. It's an opportunity to have some of your farm grown product available for visitors to purchase. It is optional to particpate. Please note 12% COMMISSION will be collected on sales.
VENDOR NOTIFICATIONApplicants will be notified on a rolling basis.
REFUND POLICYBooth fee is non-refundable and not transferrable. Payment confirms participation. If in the case there are changes to your availability, please let us know ASAP. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with subject 'CSA FAIR CHANGE' so that we can make the space available to a farm on the waitlist.
