Job description:
Assist the Marketing Director with executing the marketing tasks of book launches, including but not limited to:
* Developing and/or overseeing the design of social media images
* Schedule the social media for book launch clients
* Manage new release marketing on Watersprings social media pages and email marketing
* Write copy for email marketing and Facebook ads
* Manage Facebook ads for book launch clients
* Oversee development of client’s marketing materials
* Lead clients through execution of book marketing plans

Expectations:
• Meet weekly via Zoom for status updates with Publisher and/or team
• Manage/track time through designated time-tracking software
• Always communicate with authors/clients and teams with professionalism and patience
• Use project management software (Asana) to provide status reports, requests, and all other communication with team

Experience and skill requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in marketing or similar support role
• Well organized, communicates effectively through written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage a plethora of small details proficiently
