Setting Goals and Getting the Most Out of Your TrainingWe all start summer training programs with high goals and the desire for largeimprovements, but what we want can often blind us to the process of gettingthere. The purpose of this session is to expose athletes to known goal settingtechniques and progress tracking strategies to cultivate motivation through thesummer. Athletes will learn how to set challenging goals, how to plan specificactions to achieve them, and how to hold themselves accountable and focusedfor each training session.
