To put in a request for a testimony film, please fill out this form. In the first section, we'd like to know some basic information about the person who will be sharing their testimony.
次の項目では、証をシェアする方が所属する教会についてお聞かせください。より効果的なコンテンツ制作のために、地域教会と連携したいと考えております。
In the second section, we'd like to know some information about the church where this person attends. To be the most effective, we would like to partner with the local church.
プロジェクト制作依頼を受け取り次第、内容を確認の上、制作準備及び制作開始が可能な時期及びその詳細を添えて、折り返しご連絡いたします。映像の最終的なリリース時期に関しては、スケジュール調整やドラフトの確認、修正、その他様々な事情によって変わる場合がございます。ご了承ください。適時の制作完了に向けて最善を尽くします。ご協力よろしくお願いいたします。
After submitting the project request, we will review it and respond with a time quote of when we could begin pre-production and production. Please note that the final release date of the film will vary due to various factors, including scheduling and how long responses take when we send a draft, etc. We will make every effort to finish the project in as timely a manner as possible.
