In this deep 1:1 Work, you will be equiped with life-long skillsets to innerstand your Self (as well as what your body and emotions are trying to communicate with you), reprogram the default program settings that your brain developed in response to your trauma, rewrite your Story, become the curious oberver of your life, as well as learn to turn your mental, emotional, and physical pain into your personal power. This life-changing process is deeply rooted in Ancient Practices and Philosophies of various lineages and limbs of Yoga and integrates them in such a way that allows your brain to get out of the way so you can get fully into your body.

I do this work because I get it.. because I have been there, personally and for extended lengths of time. 
I spent many years living out of alignment with my Soul's calling, but the entire time it held space for me to catch up with it and become integrated with my Higher Self.

Now, I work with others to help them to reawaken their personal power, to self-heal and become their next embodiment that their Higher Self envisions for them.

I create and hold space for you while you meet parts of yourself that you did not know existed and/or even hid. Using tools like yoga, meditation, subconscious re/de-programming, reiki, Ayurveda, mudras, pranayama, astrology, and human design I empower you through your journey with tools that you can use way beyond our time together.
