Alpine Race Crew Interest Form
MBSEF is currently recruiting volunteers to join our small but mighty Alpine Race Crew. In general, the volunteers on this team are primarily motivated by a love for the mountain and a love of Alpine racing. However, we do compensate Race Crew volunteers with a season pass to Mt. Bachelor in exchange for volunteering 21 days per season to support Alpine Race Events at Mt. Bachelor. MBSEF's Alpine Race Crew Lead, Mike Fisher, will follow up with interested volunteers who meet the criteria for Race Crew. MBSEF's Alpine Race Crew Volunteers are generally required to complete extremely challenging physical tasks. For example, skiing in poor surface conditions with a 40lbs salt bag or a 50lbs bundle of 3m long poles. Are you physically able to do such tasks? *
MBSEF's Alpine Race Crew Volunteers are often asked to work long days, starting as early as 5:30am, and sometimes without breaks. Are you certain you can work these types of shifts? *

Mt. Bachelor requires all volunteers receiving free season passes to commit to a minimum of 21 days of volunteering. Do you understand that if you are unable to complete that number of days, MBSEF is required to work with Mt. Bachelor to deactivate your season pass? *
