* The classes start on September 8, will be held on Sundays for 2 hours from 1:30pm to 3:20pm and run for 28 weeks.

* If registering for Kindergarten, please show document (e.g. birth certificate) for proof of age. Kindergarten: Must be 5 years old by 12/31/2024.

* We highly recommend everyone to complete the online registration by the end of August.

* No new students are accepted after 12/31/2024   

* Registration for Adult Conversation and Tai Chi are in separate Google Forms.

CLS Tuition is $380 per student.  There is an additional registration fee of $20 for NEW students. CLS only accept personal check or bank check.  Please make check payable to CLS and mail registration and check to CLS Registrations, 5 Robin Rd. Farmington, CT 06032. Enter check number here. *

CLS needs volunteers to make the school successful.  Check all that parents can help with.  
Tuition Refund Policy:
* Withdrawal dates on or before first day of school - 100% Refunded
* Withdrawal dates within the first 3 weeks of school starts - 75% Refunded
* Withdrawal dates between 3 weeks after school starts and 12/31/2024 - 50% Refunded
* Withdrawal dates after 1/1/2025 - NO Refunded
