President Coordinates with the Choir Directors to facilitate parent support for Jordan High School Choir. Presides meetings of the Executive Board and appoints chairpersons to all subcommittes.
Vice President of Fundraising Plans and oversees fundraising and sponsorship programs to supports the Jordan High School Choir. Resposible for the whole cycle of fundraising: from definition of campaign to collection of funds. Keeps track of the donors and sponsors.
Vice President of Hospitality Provides refreshments and other hospitality services for students participating in choir events, such as TMEA auditions, concert & sight reading UIL, etc. Works with the VP of Fundraising in setting up concession stands during concerts at the Jordan PAC.
Treasurer Responsible for all funds, securities, valuable papers and financial records of the organization. Maintains the appropriate books and records of the organization. Presents a financial report at each board and general meeting, including an end of the year full financial report. Files and pays taxes due.
Secretary Prepares and maintains minutes of all Booster Club meetings and follows up on agreements and next steps. Assists the President as needed in the management of the Club.
Publicity Defines social media engagement strategy. Maintains the Club's social media and email list presence with events announcements. Monitors social media impact of the club and reports regularly to the Board.
Non-elected Volunteer Positions (support in specific events; not expected to attend Executive Board meetings)
End of Year Banquet Volunteer: Participates in the team that plans and organizes the End of Year Banquet.
Concert Décor Volunteer: Coordinates donations and decorates according a concert venue, according to a theme.
Fundraising Volunteer: Assists the VP of Fundraising particular events or campaigns.
