This is NOT the questionnaire for endorsement consideration, but rather a request to the Equality North Carolina PAC to provide you with the questionnaire for the 2020 election. There is a tight turnaround between filing and the primary, so we are hopeful that candidates will complete this form and we can start our endorsement process prior to the filing period.
