Celebrate your birthday or special event at the Indiana Dairy Farmers' Dairy Bar! For your large party, use this form to request a pre-order to skip the lines. Please note that completing this form does not guarantee that your event request will be accepted. Confirmation will come directly from ADAI (American Dairy Association Indiana) staff. Items will need to be picked up directly from the Dairy Bar, and payment will be taken at that time. ADAI will not cover the cost of entrance to the State Fair, and picnic tables are available on a first come first served basis.
