GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TRAINING SUPPORT AT HAHN-TRAINING-SYSTEMS TM


1)

By submitting the registration form below, you register for training support / nutrition optimization at Hahn-Training-Systems.

The registration is binding.

The booking is always valid until further notice.

THE CANCELLATION PERIOD IS ALWAYS TWO FULL 4 WEEKS PLANS, I.E. AT THE MOMENT WHEN THE CANCELLATION TAKES PLACE THE CURRENT PLAN IS STILL BEING COMPLETED AND THE TWO TRAINING PLANS IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE CURRENT 4 WEEKS ARE PREPARED AND PAYABLE.

An email is sufficient to give notice of termination, other notices than the written form are not effective. Termination must be clearly formulated as such.

For the duration of the support you will get access to detailed power and stretching plans in the Power and Premium package, which you may also save and/or print out on your computer for your own use. Any passing on and duplication of the data and the passing on of the access is strictly forbidden, Hahn-Training-Systems has the right to close the access to all documents on the last day of the support, because we pay the portal for you and with completion of the work together these payments naturally no more are made.
Furthermore, you are granted access to a help portal with articles about sports, any storage, transmission and other forms of processing and reproduction is prohibited.
Your appointments must always be entered in the portal where the training plan is created, a transfer from e-mails, telephone calls, conversations, etc. will not be made.
The use is very simple and intuitive, additionally there is help in word and picture if you can't understand something directly.
The procedure described there is to be absolutely kept, this is necessary so that the trainers can put the focus on the training and not spend the day with further inquiries since it is not recognizable what is meant.
You expressly agree that you make your entries in the form described.
Your training plans are available via an online portal (Today´s Plan or FinalSurge) which also has an app so that you can always access your plans on the go.

You allow us to enter your email in the above systems so that we can invite you there, should you disagree with the terms and conditions of the providers, please let us know and we will not be able to provide support.
Both providers have already implemented the provisions of European data protection. The costs for the use of the system are paid from us even if you register with the respective provider.


If technical problems cause delays in the delivery of a training plan, Hahn-Training-Systems TM cannot be held responsible if reasonable efforts are made to solve the problem.

DIFFERENCES/SERVICES IN THE TRAINING PACKAGES

In the basic package the plan creation is offered by a trainer at the best possible price, however, there is no further support or contact. No changes in the current training plan are possible. Detailed strength and stretching plans are not provided in the Basic package. Dates must be announced one week in advance and entered in the platform.

Entries in the system can also be made manually, in principle it is possible:

Basic package: Garmin and Strava synchronization, the data is automatically imported, manual import of.fit (can be delivered by almost any device on the market) and .tcx files.

Power and Premium Package: Various Auto Sync options (Garmin, Wahoo), drag & drop import of .fit .ant .gpx .act .tcx .srm .pwx .json .bdx .csv .gz and .rde


!!! The workouts / files must be available on Mondays at 10:00, this is the responsibility of the customer, otherwise they will not be processed until the next check. There is no claim that data delivered late will be subsequently checked. The customer is also responsible for the correctness of the data, e.g. if he uploads different trainings several times he is responsible for the possibly wrong conclusions.

Services/requirements in the summary:

Basic Package:

- Creation of an individual training plan every 4 weeks
- Control of completed training times, comments/findings and heart rate data every 4 weeks by a trainer (no software)
- No training plan changes in the current plan
- Dates must be announced via the appointment calendar one week before the next plan is to be drawn up
- no trainer contact, questions, support
- no detailed strength & stretching plans
- no access to help articles

Power Package:

- Creation of an individual training plan every 4 weeks
- Detailed control of the workouts every 14 days and change of the training plan if necessary
- 2 changes of the training plan in the current 4 week plan possible, independent of the volume.
- Dates have to be announced 48h before the next plan via the appointment calendar
- Guaranteed response time of 48h (money-back guarantee see details on request)

Note: Every change to the training plan counts as a change, regardless of whether it was initiated by the customer or the trainer and how extensive it was.
Training plan checks can also be carried out more often, but there is no claim for this.

Premium Paket:

- Creation of an individual training plan every 4 weeks
- Detailed control of the workouts every 7 days and modification of the training plan if necessary
- Guaranteed response time of 24h (money-back guarantee see details on request)
- Dates can be announced at any time via the calendar - implementation within 24 hours
- Unlimited plan changes

Plus Packages:

Field tests/performance diagnostics included. In addition, the recorded watt data is used to continuously recalculate the training zones and to adjust them in the case of major shifts, even between performance tests. There is no limit to this feature, the training zones are adjusted as often as necessary. There are no limits for necessary field tests either.

In den Monaten November bis Februar, beide einschließlich, stellen im Bereich Radtraining zu jedem Training eine Indooralternative (Rollentraining). In den Monaten März bis Oktober besteht darauf kein Anspruch.

Change of coaching package

An upgrade is possible at any time, a downgrade only with 2 plans in advance. A downgrade from Premium or Power Package to Basic Package is not possible. Just send an email to info@trainbetter.de to apply for the upgrade or downgrade.

All data, materials, documents etc. which are made available to you online or otherwise in the process of your support of Hahn-Training-Systems TM are intended exclusively for your own use. It is expressly forbidden to make the materials, in particular the training plans, available to others or to reproduce them. Also the access data to the protected help area may not be passed on. As a customer you have to make sure that our plans are not accessible to any competitor after the end of your support.
After termination of the support there is no right on a further use of all materials, secure all data which you would like to keep therefore please first independently.
Both providers have the function to have the daily training plan emailed to you, so you have a continuous data backup which you can use if you want.

With your registration you confirm that you know that your planning will be optimized by experts according to your self-determined time budget and your goals. In addition to performance development, the focus is on the aspect of a healthy performance build-up; especially in the first 4 weeks of planning, the experts first have to look at how your body reacts to the stress. You agree that this can differ from your previous training and this is also the goal of the training, this can mean for example less training than usual in the first weeks. You agree that this is not a lack of service.
In the event of nutritional optimisation, a visit to a doctor is not replaced in the case of illness.
In the suggestions for nutritional optimisation during the training we recommend products that we sell ourselves because they use them themselves and therefore have the most experience and the necessary expertise. There is no right to receive recommendations for other products with which we are not familiar.

The main focus for the trainers is the control of your training data and the optimization of your training, this takes place at least in the intervals guaranteed above. If possible, the trainers will give a general explanation, but there is no claim to this as the optimization of the training always has the highest priority. The data control is very comprehensive and very complex, there is no claim for education in the sense that each step whose basis was acquired possibly in decades of study, top-class sport and further training, is explained.

Payment must be made before the training plan for creation is due.
To have enough time for this, you will get an invoice 4 weeks before and an email with a payment link to complete the payment.
You can choose between credit card, DIRECTebanking and Paypal, instructions are given when you open the link so you can do this really fast and easy and of course secure.

Promotion Code

If you enter a promotion code in the corresponding field, you will receive the corresponding discount for the selected training package over a period of 4 plans (4x4 weeks). This is only effective if the 4x4 weeks are also used, if you cancel before, all services will be charged at the normal prices.

Promotion codes cannot be used for the Basic package and are only valid for customers who never used this service before.

In case of late payment or chargeback of the payment Hahn-Training-Systems TM has the right not to deliver the training plans until the payment arrears are cleared. If a delay occurs twice in succession, Hahn-Training-Systems TM is entitled to demand longer-term advance payments in future. Hahn-Training-Systems TM is also entitled to terminate the contractual relationship prematurely if regular payment and compliance with the contract can no longer be expected on the part of the customer. Costs already paid for the current plan are then retained as expense reimbursement for the cancellation. The non-payment of training plans does not release from the fulfilment of the contract and does not count as termination.

The current description on the website (www.trainbetter.de) is always decisive for the performance content of the individual training packages. If it is not possible for you to get to the performance diagnostics which are integrated in the Plus packages to Witten, this does not result in any reduction or compensation claims as the system works just as well with field tests and is designed to give you exact instructions from us to carry out the tests yourself, which we then also evaluate. There is no entitlement to bring forward diagnostic appointments after termination.

Plan start is always a Monday, i.e. the training plans must be available at a usual time (07:00 Monday morning), an entitlement to an earlier delivery does not exist, but can be realized in the premium package.

In the Power and Premium Package the plan is continuously visible 14 days into the future, so there are no planning gaps. A longer view into the future is not possible.

In the Basic package this option is omitted, no more changes are possible in a plan once created, only again to the next plan. Non-delivered training plans must be reported to Hahn-Training-Systems immediately so that any problems can be rectified as quickly as possible. Technical problems with the provider for which we are not responsible do not constitute a reason for reduction.

You assure that you are sufficiently healthy and trained for a training according to your wishes and that you have no medical concerns. A medical check-up (exercise ECG) is recommended.
