I waive any right to royalties or any other compensation arising or related to the use of the photographs. I understand that my participation is AT MY OWN RISK, and hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge DAMAC and CHAMPS from all claims, demands, and cause of action, which I, my heirs, executors, administrators or any other persons acting on my behalf or behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization. *
