Three Speed October 2019 registration
Hello! This handy dandy form will help me keep tabs on who's taking part this year. Please note that there will be a separate form sent to you to keep track of the rides. You will get three week forms emailed to you after you fill out this form (not sooner than October 4, 2019)
Mailing Address (street address or PO Box, plus city, state/province, zip/post code, and country) Please make sure you include all of this!
Bike(s) you will use during the challenge. (Please note: You will not be obligated to using these bikes, I just want to get an idea.)
Place(s) on the internet you will be posting your rides. (Please note, this is not required, but you will still need to report your progress to me.) If you are NOT blogging/posting to social media, etc, just put N/A. Make sure you #hashtag things with #threespeedoct2019
There will be a prize package available if you successfully complete the Challenge. This will cost money. It's not yet figured out, but will most likely be in the $10 to $20 (USD) range. Are you cool with this?
Yes, I will purchase the prize pack.
No, it doesn't matter to me.
I don't know yet.
Even if you post your rides on your blog and/or via social media, you will still need to fill out a form or spreadsheet detailing your rides. This is to make it easier for me to account the rides. Is this cool?
Yes, I will fill out this form.
No, I will not fill out this form. I realize that this means I'm doing this ride "for fun", and will not qualify for the prize pack.
I prefer to mail this information to you via post. (Please note you'll have until Nov 18 to do so.)
I will be posting regular reports of people's progress on the blog. I will include people's name, location, recap, and photos. I will include people's blogs and social media links, but not their personal details. Is this cool?
Yes, I am okay with this.
No, I am not okay with this. I prefer to to do this Challenge anonymously.
Any questions or comments? If none, put N/A.
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
