Population genomics 25&27jan22
This course will introduce participants to a variety of population genomics analyses for large next generation sequencing (NGS) datasets. It will include discussion on single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) calling and filtering options, an introduction to population genomics statistics, examining genetic structure, and Fst-based analyses such as outlier detection/genomic islands of divergence.
Places are restricted to UK-based researchers and only 25 places are available so please only register if you intend on attending.
The session will be held over two days on Tuesday 25th and Thursday 27th January 2022, 10am-4pm.
The deadline to register is Monday 10th January. You will hear later that week whether you have been invited and will need to confirm your attendance.
