process your registration for this event, the GAC needs to collect your full
name and email address, and, if applicable, your role at the organisation(s)
that you are representing (Required Information).
The event will
be photographed and GAC members will take notes of discussions (Event Information).
Event Information may be used for publicising the GAC’s work, e.g., outreach to
the community via traditional and social media, and included in GAC reports.
