2024 U.S. Olympic Team Trials for Boxing and 2023 USA Boxing National Championships Media Credential Application 
The below form is to be completed by all media interested in attending the 2024 U.S. Olympic Team Trials for Boxing and the 2023 USA Boxing National Championships, scheduled for Dec. 4-9 at the CajunDome in Lafayette, La. 

USA Boxing will review all applications and approve those based on a set criteria created by USA Boxing. Submitting an application does not guarantee a media credential.

An application must be submitted for every member of crew. Documentary crews will need to provide information on documentary subject and distribution information. Due to NBC owning rights of 2024 U.S. Olympic Team Trials footage, documentary crews for Olympic Trials boxers will not be granted.
