Have you heard of Fertility Awareness or Fertility Awareness Methods, but don't really know what it is? Or, maybe you do know what it is and you feel interested, but don't know where or how to start implementing it? Maybe you just want to learn more, or get involved with a great group of women?

If you're interested in natural, hormone-free, women-centered birth control; or you are interested in conscious conception, child spacing, or postpartum birth control; or you are interested in learning more about your feminine body, your cycles, your hormonal health, your overall health... you may have just stumbled upon the right place!

This is for women of all ages and stages, mothers and women who are not mothers, life circumstances be darned. This is for daughters, teens, women struggling to conceive, women who never want kids. All are welcome in this space.
