This survey is designed to help our discipleship team create initiatives, programming, opportunities, etc. that are interesting and accessible to you. This survey is anonymous unless you would like for us to know who you are. You will be asked questions related to interest in discipleship generally, specific topics, methods of meeting, and availability.
