Please let us know what you need to set your organization up for success at the 7th Annual Reading Bonanza in the Park to be held on Saturday, May 13, 2017 at Bell Street Park in East Palo Alto, California.

To ensure your organization's success at the event, this form:

(1) RESERVES A SPACE FOR YOU AT THE EVENT - It is required for all organizations who will be participating at the event. By completing this form we will be able to understand what your organization's facility and volunteer needs are.

(2) FACILITATES YOUR ORGANIZATION BECOMING A SPONSOR - Should your organization want to help fund this event.
