The instructions given throughout the yoga sessions are intended as guidance only. Students must proceed with due caution and awareness, working with care and attention at all times. By participating in any Annabel Yoga activity, the student agrees to adjust their practice according to their needs and abilities, and to call on additional support and advice from the teacher whenever needed. The student will notify the teacher before each class begins of anything that may affect their practice. The student's participation in the class/instruction is at their own risk and subject to and governed by English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
