If you live outside of this service area, please contact the Wisconsin Abortion Fund at 1-888-534-4652. Their hours are Monday - Saturday from 1pm - 7pm.
Before you complete this form, we ask that you:1. Already have an appointment scheduled at a clinic.
2. Have spoken with the clinic about funding. Many clinics have money from us specifically to assist you.
The clinics do not need to be in Wisconsin.
If you need financial assistance for travel, lodging, child care, etc. we recommend
Midwest Access Coalition or
Our Justice. They have funding from us and can distribute it as needed.
