I agree to the following terms and conditions:

If you are requesting a pet portrait:

If my commission request is accepted, I will provide the artist with a minimum of 3-5 reference photos of the subject.

I understand that I am not able to request multiple animals in one painting, as that the artist is only able to accommodate one pet per painting at this time.

If my commission request is accepted, I agree to pay a non-refundable deposit of $50 when the artist begins working on my painting. If I change my mind after the artist begins working on this painting, I will not be able to receive this deposit back.

If you are requesting a commission that is a non-pet portrait:

If my commission request is accepted, I will provide 1-2 reference photos for non-pet portrait commissions.

Terms of agreement for all commission requests:

I understand that the artist has the right to refuse my request for any reason.

At this time, all custom commissions are 6 x 8 inches in size and are made with gouache paint on watercolor paper. Larger sizes will be available for purchase in the future.

Upon completion of the commissioned work, the artist will send a photo of the completed work to the customer and request confirmation from the customer that the work is satisfactory and meets their expectations. By confirming via the approval notice that the artwork meets their expectations, the customer is acknowledging that their artwork is acceptable, and thus, does not qualify for return or exchange.

Upon this confirmation, the remaining cost of the artwork will be charged to the preferred payment method, and the completed artwork will be subsequently shipped to the customer at the specified address.
