The AMTA-MA Chapter is a volunteer, member-focused association grounded in the promotion of education, legislative advocacy and consumer awareness. It is with these goals in mind that the Dianne Polseno Scholarship Award was developed. Dianne Polseno’s passion for research, education and teaching massage therapists was infectious. She was a true pioneer in our field, and we created this continuing education award to honor her.

Recipient Award
1st place scholarship recipient will be reimbursed for attendance to National Convention in the same calendar year as award. This includes reimbursement for airfare up to $500, convention registration, and hotel stay up to 4 nights. Specific details will be provided to award recipient.

2nd place scholarship recipient will be reimbursed for registration to one MA Chapter Education Class in the same calendar year as award.

This scholarship is open to all AMTA MA members.

Eligibility
To be eligible, you must be a professional member in good standing and assigned to the Massachusetts chapter.  You can not have won this award in the last 5 years.  You can not be a current chapter volunteer. 

Deadline
July 2oth, 2023

Scholarship winners will be chosen by anonymous scholarship review workgroup and will be announced by July 25th.
