Humboldt Re-Entry Program Development Survey (January 2019)
This survey's purpose:
We are seeking input that may help inform the design for programs that support economic opportunity for justice involved individuals, which is anyone who is a formerly incarcerated individual, currently incarcerated individual, or Other “justice-involved” individuals. Being justice-involved can include having a family member or loved one who has been incarcerated at any point in your life.

If you believe that you are a justice-involved individual, please fill out this survey to help yourself and other in your shoes with getting help you need.
