Completing the form will allow us to reserve your lamb. (Lamb will only be held for one week at a time.)

Lamb pick up times:
Monday - Thursday from 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Friday from 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Sausages: Garlic Pepper Brats, Mild Italian Sausage, Chorizo
Chops: Loin, Rib and Blade
Leg: Center Cut Steaks or Whole
