Due to our schedules we are not able to all work together very much. If you have experience with programming separately and integrating later, what is an effective work flow to make sure that mistakes are minimized?

We are trying to learn how to plan and design for web integration from the very beginning. Aside from being careful about data storage, is there anything else that we should plan ahead for at this point?

A stretch goal is to have our data update dynamically as the NBA website statistics are updated. We know that pulling and parsing all of the data will be computationally expensive, and only want to pull new data when we re-compile. Do you have any ideas on how to update the data we already have stored, without reconstructing all of it?

Is there a file format or method of storage that can efficiently store large amounts of data that can also scale/adapt well to web applications?
