Qualifications:- Unbiased representative of Panhellenic Association- Loyal and involved member of your fraternity- Desire to promote entire Greek community- Positive attitude- Excellent communication skills- Exceptional listening skills- Ability to maintain confidentiality- Sincere, honest, and objective- Must be at RPI during the Fall 2018 semester- Willingness to completely disassociate from your own fraternity- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.25- Been involved in Formal Recruitment as an initiated member
What is expected once I am a Recruitment Counselor?- Become unaffiliated from August 17th until Bid day- Be available for all of formal recruitment (must attend all events)- Provide confidential counseling for Potential New Members and be constantly accessible to them- Be able to move in early, attend Meet the Greeks, Smoothie Social, Sorority Interest Meeting and all training sessions- Monitor fraternity rush events (typically 8-10 events)- Enforce recruitment rules- If selected, you MUST be able to attend two or more training sessions this semester which will be determined at a later date- Recruit PNMs to Go Greek!
