The SOA Leadership and Development (L&D) Section and Joint Risk Management (JRM) Section organized a Book Club starting 2023. We are hosting two discussions on selected book titles around leadership every quarter, virtually for majority of the time but aiming to host in-person sessions during the major SOA meeting where we see fit.

For each of the book club meeting, we are looking for two facilitators to lead discussions around the selected title and invite participants from attendees. We envision that there will be a limit on the participants to make it an effective session. Perhaps we could have a volunteer to reflect upon the discussions and write an article as part of the L&D publications.
