Spirit Score For Opponent *
Reminder that a 3 or 4 is a Good Score and should be the most common score given for a team that was spirited, generally knowledgeable about the rules, resolved calls quickly and fairly.  We added options for 1/2 scores as well which would be between the key markers shown below.

Overall Scoring System:
5 – Highest level of respect shown throughout game; showed excellent knowledge of the rules; conflicts were resolved amicably and without incident
4 – Respect shown throughout the game; showed above average knowledge of the rules; conflicts were resolved favorably and without incident
3 – Generally exhibited respect; showed adequate knowledge of the rules; conflicts were resolved plainly and without incident
2 – Exhibited a lack of respect; showed a lack of knowledge of or disregard for the rules at points during the game; conflicts were resolved heatedly or led to contentious incidents
1 – Exhibited a major lack of respect; exhibited no knowledge of the rules or blatantly disregarded them during the game; conflicts were resolved acrimoniously or led directly to contentious incidents.

Optional:  Anything we need to know about the spirit of the game?  If you gave them a 1 or 5, you must answer this question.  All comments will remain anonymous and we can share the info with the other team afterwards if necessary.
