The 10th Annual Cleveland Musicians’ Fundraiser is officially in the books—and now we want to hear from YOU.

For 10 years, the CMF has been about music, musicians, friends, family, and most importantly, raising money for great causes.

But what should happen next?

Should there be an 11th CMF? Should we stay KISS-themed? Should we change the date? Keep the golf outing? Bring back the Sunday concert? Try something completely different?

This is your chance to help shape the future of the CMF.
