SPE Colombia Heavy Oil Annual Meeting is organized by SPE Colombian Section aims to share with the Oil & Gas community those case studies and research throughout the hydrocarbon value chain,  related to heavy oil in Colombia and the world, from exploration to subsequent commercialization. It is also expected to transmit to the target audience everything related to new technologies, projections, plans, and opportunities for the development of these resources that represents a significant percentage of oil reserves in Colombia.
