The Howell Public Schools Virtual School, Highlander Virtual, provides a robust online learning experience while maintaining accessibility to the benefits of a comprehensive local school district. Highlander Virtual is open to students in grades sixth through twelfth.

Through the use of the Schoology, each student engages in remote instruction that is comparable in content and pacing to in-person instruction. Also, as a Howell Public Schools program, students remain connected to Howell teacher(s), have access to social and emotional support, sports, performing arts, and clubs.

Highlander Virtual is open for application by all current Howell Public Schools students as well as families looking for a high-quality online option from a local, community based public school system.
