I understand that by checking this box I will agree to the following conditions: set up is from 8 am-9:30 am on Saturday March 30th, 2019. Please come no later than 9am, as the event starts at 10 am. Vendors must be finished with set up before start time. Please do not start packing up for the day until 2 pm. The show runs from 10 am - 2 pm Saturday, March 30th, 2019, with time for take down after. *
I understand that by checking this box I will agree to the following conditions: If you will be selling food items, please have the proper health permits available the day of the event. We will not be obtaining permits for food. Permit must be shown prior to setting up at the event. Permits are available through the City of Alvin. *
I understand that by checking this box I will agree to the following conditions: Tables, chairs, and linens not provided by Alvin HOPE Charities, Alvin Food Pantry, K & K Mattress, their volunteers or employees. Vendor supplies own set up. Your vendor booth space is 10x10ft and your entire set up must fit inside that space. Your canopy must be secured as per City of Alvin's Fire Marshal's Rules and Regulations, available through the City. *

Also, all vendors are asked to promote via social media, hand out flyers, and invite friends, family, and customers to ensure the success of the event. I understand that by checking this box I will agree to the following conditions: This is a business event serving families. However, children should not accompany you to run your booth. All persons manning a booth at the event should be at least 16 years of age without prior written permission. *

Please use common sense and take measures to protect your valuables and yourself. This is a fairly safe area, but caution is advised at any public event. *

Vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner. Foul language, rudeness to patrons or volunteers, or inappropriate behavior will be grounds for removal from the event and the property. Vendors who are removed from the event for violating the rules of this agreement will forfeit any booth fees paid. *
