Jez Watts is back in town and putting on another huge New Material Only night at the Hyde Park Hotel - and everyone's invited!

2.5 minute sets, for up to 40 comics, but EVERYONE does only brand new material. There'll be good. There'll be bad. There'll be horrendous.

Your spot won't be confirmed until you get an email with more info.

The show will be on SUNDAY November 23, 2025 at the Hyde Park Hotel (331 Bulwer St, West Perth WA 6005). Doors 5pm + Show starts 6pm.

If you have other spots that night I'm more than happy to put you on in a lineup position that works for you to do this gig plus those.

The show format is short sets (up to 2.5 minutes MAX) of BRAND NEW, UNTESTED material that you've NEVER before performed onstage. Do you agree to NOT be a total douche and do jokes you've done before? *

Like, you get how it would be a real dick move to pass off jokes you HAVE tried before when everyone else on the show is handicapping themselves equally in the spirit of the night, and the audience has been told that you're all doing brand new stuff only, right?

I kind of think I am above following a rule like this and also I reckon I'll get away with it so I might throw in some stuff I've tried before. Besides, I only did it onstage once or twice so how will I get caught out? Its not like after the show one of the other comics will totally rat me out because I've done a total dog move.

Please specify any backing tracks, musical instruments or large props. Without notice probably I can't do anything special and probably I won't do most stuff either? If you super duper need something then we can MAYBE do it. It's a lot of moving parts to run the show well even without anything crazy, tech-wise.
