Cheshire Crossing Home Owners Association Email Opt-in Form
Dear Home Owners,
In an effort to reduce our costs and paper use, as well as to be more effective in communications with you, we are asking you to complete and choose to opt-in to receiving HOA communication via electronic mail (e-mail).

Please complete only one form per home.  It is advised that you use a personal email, as some employers may use methods that would prohibit you from receiving these emails.  The HOA Manager and/or HOA Board will use your email to send any notice required to be sent or received according to our Declarations or Bylaws such as, but not limited to, account statements, meeting notices, violation notices, and newsletters.

It is each home owner’s responsibility to inform the HOA manager when there is a change in your email.  If the HOA manager receives two consecutive “undeliverable” or similar type messages indicating a failed transmission attempt, the HOA will proceed to deliver the communication via US Mail. Those choosing to opt out will continue to receive all HOA communications via US Mail.
