Merchandise and materials: Products purchased and installed by ANYONE other than Battleson's Floorcoverings (BF), will be directed to the Manufacturer for any warranty service. Product purchased and installed by BF will be assisted with any warranty claims to the manufacturer.

Battleson's Floorcoverings covers all install related workmanship performed through BF for ONE YEAR from the time of the completion date. During the one year warranty period, BF will repair any defect DUE TO FAULTY WORKMANSHIP completed by our installers, at no charge to you.

BF does not cover damage caused by, abuse, neglect, improper use, care or cleaning.

BF is not responsible for any: chips, dents, scratches or conditions of existing moldings, doors, jams, baseboards, or fixtures.

All product can act and react to climate change, humidity and change in temperature levels. Product exposed to direct sunlight will void any warranty claim.

Battleson's is not responsible for, nor shall any liability arise from any installation or other work not performed by Battleson's or its employees or independent contractors, including but not limited to the following: installation or any portion thereof not performed by Battleson's; work performed on the jobsite by the homeowner or building owner, other contractors or subcontractors after installation by Battleson's that affects, damages or alters the installation in any way.

Expectations of timeline: All claims are reviewed within 30 days of submission of this form. Communication happens through email with warranty@battlesons.com.
