Sound Healing Session Waiver

I acknowledge that I have chosen, of my own free will, to participate in a sound healing session, offered by Rebecca Zarnawski/Just For Today Reiki With Rebecca.

Further I understand that:

a. if I am uncomfortable at any point, I am to state so immediately so that treatment may be stopped or modified as necessary.

b. Any feedback I am given during or following the session does not constitute medical advice in any way, and I will follow up with my medical provider if I have any health concerns.

c. while research has shown the effectiveness of activation of the Vagus Nerve, and other sound healing holistic benefits, no claims have been made as to the effectiveness of this particular style of sound healing session.

d. Rebecca Zarnawski & Just For Today Reiki With Rebecca are not responsible for any adverse effects from the sound healing session related to any medical conditions or contraindications for treatment (including but not exclusive to seizure disorders, pinched nerves, and pregnancy) whether or not I have disclosed them in advance.

By acknowledging, I pledge to hold Rebecca Zarnawski & Just For Today Reiki With Rebecca free from liability for any physical, mental and/or emotional harm as a result of this session.
