HOPE Counselor Application
Thank you for your interest in volunteering with us! HOPE Counselors serve as mentors, leaders, and cheerleaders for youth participants. This opportunity to build relationships with children and teens who have experienced trauma is life-changing for both the youth and the volunteers. HOPE Counselors contribute tremendously in our goal to end the cycle of violence by investing in the lives of youth exposed to trauma and forming special connections with them.

  • Must be age 17-24
  • Must pass a background check. 
  • Commitment to be present in a child’s life. 
  • Passion for working with children exposed to trauma.
  • Ability to attend at least 4 events throughout the programmatic year.
