- Property Info (address, beds/baths, size, appliances, etc)
- All Owners Contact Info & Drivers Licenses (or other govt ID)
- LLC Information (and supporting documentation) if appropriate
- Bank Account information for ACH deposits
- Utility Info
- HOA info
- Emergency Contact Info
