  • Please answer all questions with as much detail as possible. All information collected will remain strictly confidential. Our priority is to place the right puppy with the right family. To ensure a happy and lifelong match, we greatly appreciate your feedback.
  • By completing this form, you are under no obligation to purchase a puppy. This application is not a contract but rather a tool to help us get to know you and your family. If you feel uncomfortable sharing any requested information, please let us know, and we can discuss it further.
  • Puppies come with their first set of vaccinations, a microchip, CKC registration, a health guarantee, and a health certificate. They will have been dewormed four times before going to their new homes and will have their nails trimmed. Each puppy also comes with a complimentary puppy package, four weeks of health insurance, and lifetime breeder support to ensure a smooth transition and ongoing guidance throughout their life.
  • We offer lifetime support to our puppy families and always welcome any questions or concerns as your puppy grows and matures. Our commitment extends beyond adoption, ensuring you have guidance and support throughout your dog's life.
  • A non-refundable deposit is required once the puppies are born and you are selected as a home. We do not accept deposits until the puppies are born, healthy, and thriving. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your puppy once a match is made.
  • Puppies are not placed based on a first-come, first-served approach. Instead, we carefully select the right puppy for your family at every opportunity. Our goal is to ensure that we provide you with the lifelong companion you’ve been searching for. We match families to puppies when the puppies reach 7.5 weeks old.
  • All Richlands Puppies are registered with Canadian Kennel Club.
  • All Richlands Puppies are sold on a CKC Non-breeding Agreement.  At the breeder's discretion, this agreement may be lifted once specific requirements are met by the purchaser
